This document provides disclosure pertaining to the investment strategy, mechanisms of operation, and inherent risks associated with the Degen Fund (hereafter "the Fund"). The Fund employs a tokenized framework, issuing a total of 100 tokens, each available for an initial purchase price of $1,000.

Investment Strategy:

The core investment strategy of the Fund involves the diversified allocation of capital across a portfolio of ten (10) distinct cryptographic assets. These assets are selected due to their long-term growth potential and substantial influence within the blockchain ecosystem. Each purchased token corresponds to a 1% ownership stake in the total portfolio.

Return on Investment and Fees:

When the Fund closes, all invested assets will be sold, and the resulting profits will be distributed among the token holders in accordance with their respective stakes. Please note, however, that returns on investments are not guaranteed, as the value of cryptographic assets is subject to market volatility.

If the portfolio ends in profit, a 4% management fee will be applied at the time of fund closure. In addition to this, any transaction fees incurred throughout the lifecycle of the Fund will be deducted from the final distribution.
